Background

​​Seth started his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk in a trial court for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He then served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where he was assigned—among other mattersone of the largest pharmaceutical liability cases in the country and several criminal prosecutions arising from the largest illicit drug seizure, by dollar value, in United States history. Seth committed to becoming a policyholder attorney while clerking for United States District Court Judge Harvey Bartle III, who, before taking the bench, was also a successful insurance attorney and the Insurance Commissioner for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

After clerking, Seth represented policyholders as an insurance recovery attorney at Cohen Ziffer Frenchman & McKenna LLP, an elite New York City insurance recovery law firm widely regarded as one of the preeminent policyholder insurance recovery practices in the country. Before starting his own practice in 2025, Seth represented policyholders as a member of the global insurance recovery practice of K&L Gates LLP, a multinational BigLaw firm and pioneer in complex policyholder insurance recovery litigation.

Seth has represented insurance policyholders seeking coverage under a range of insurance policies, including professional liability insurance, commercial general liability insurance, directors and officers insurance, builders risk insurance, property and casualty insurance, and excess and umbrella insurance. He has sought coverage for losses in numerous industries, including real estate development, construction, hospitality, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, cosmetics, law, and finance.

Seth brings outstanding legal writing, research, and matter management skills to his policyholder practice. He is also an experienced user of AI in his legal practice and endeavors to maximize the use of this incredible technologywhen appropriate and effective—to minimize the cost of his representation.
