Background

​Seth has represented insurance policyholders seeking coverage under a broad spectrum of insurance policies, including professional liability, commercial general liability, directors' and officers' liability, builders' risk, property and casualty, and excess insurance policies. He has sought coverage for losses in numerous industries, including real estate development, construction, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, legal, and finance.

Seth began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Pennsylvania trial court. He then served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where he was assigned—among other mattersone of the largest pharmaceutical liability multi-district litigation in the country and several criminal prosecutions arising from the largest illicit drug seizure, by dollar value, in U.S. history. Seth committed to becoming a policyholder attorney while clerking, after observing the prejudicial impact that insurance can have on the outcome of civil and criminal matters.

After clerking, Seth represented policyholders as an insurance recovery attorney at Cohen Ziffer Frenchman & McKenna LLP, an elite New York City insurance recovery law firm widely regarded as one of the preeminent policyholder insurance recovery practices in the country. Most recently, Seth represented policyholders as a member of the global insurance recovery practice of K&L Gates LLP, a multinational BigLaw firm and pioneer in complex policyholder insurance recovery litigation.

Seth brings outstanding legal writing, research, and matter management skills to his policyholder practice. He is also well-versed in AI and legal practice; endeavoring to maximize the use of this incredible technologywhen appropriate and effective—to minimize the costs of litigation.
